Word Salad would be my opinion.
Trump seems incoherent. Using tariffs to pay for childcare? Now that is an original concept. It would not work but is sounds like a plan.
JD Vance will use grandparents or Aunts and Uncles.
Makes me wonder if these two have a clue on actual Childcare cost.
Trump is getting more and more incoherent by the day.
