Paying your fair share means you pay the same percent as I do according to your income. There are way too many loophole for the super rich to avoid paying any tax.

As you said they use the same public facilities as the rest of us that pay for them.
Most middle class workers pay around 30% of all their income in tax. Super rich pay zero to maybe 10%.
I do not think super rich should pay more, just the same as working people. It is not right for middle class to be paying for the rich and that is what it amounts too when people like Trump pay zero on billions.
