Trump did not just question the election results. He tried to force Pence to not certify them. Planted false electors made a phone call to attempt to get Georgia to "find votes" Filled lawsuits, which he lost. He is so delusional he still will not admit that there was no election fraud. He called his followers to Washington to "Stop the Steel" when there was no steal.

If all that is an "official act" of a President then he would be correct. Two Grand Juries (who saw all the evidence) say he should be charged with crimes. I will stick with the law. He is not above the rule of law.
