Wouldn’t it be wiser just to go into the mayors office and ask for details? He’s got an open door from what I see..
Contracts can be gotten through a FOIA request as well. As for bar operations , I would hope the city doesn’t go down that road . As the operator the would be first named in a DUI wrongful death suit and that could cost a fortune.
In any event Parkinson is the guy to ask
