The NL East is a very winnable division but it appears the Cardinals are more interested in reminiscing than trying to win. Between Waino Molina and Albert, this team will be playing old-timers games all season. Maybe they can bring back Whitey Herzog to co-manage.

Will all the fans who hated on Albert after he bolted love him again? Pujols was a monster in his prime but now Hes a 250 hitter who has to be platooned and will be taking a spot from a younger player. I see this as a nice PR move that may divert people's attention away from the fact that until this point the team has done little to improve this off season.
