When a crime has been committed by an adult, against a CHILD, there will be an "unsubstantiated" period, as with any victim/accuser going public about the offense.

Any adult that tries to intimidate and bully, especially a child into keeping their mouth shut and not allowing them to speak out about the abuse is twisted in the head! I don't care if it's speaking out in their school, or on a city message board, or on the front steps of City Hall.
