Also, there's no guarantee that the flat in the rearmost cam journal is always machined in the same position.
But, I wouldn't sweat it.
There are no journal bearings in the head, thus no soft meatl shells to be damaged at stratup.
Instead, everything there already makes sliding contact.
Just before startup, I would use a squirt can to generously bathe the whole works in oil. For each rocker arm, lube at the pushrod, pivot on the shaft, and at the valve tip.
