I think Paul counted 17 boats for this event, so a good turn out. RICKA was well represented with Frank, Gary, Aaron, Paul and me. We paddled up to the St. Paul Street Bridge in Blackstone, and then down to the Woonsocket Falls and back - about 3.5 miles. The water was up and the river looked nice. Thanks Frank for coordinating.
