Be there in time for a 10:00 am launch.
This is a moderately large pond that can get choppy in wind but otherwise is a very pleasant paddle. If water levels are low enough to get under the Rte 116 beridge, we'll explore the narrow arm that extends to the SE. Otherwise, it will be a lazy circumnavigation of the pond.
Bring water and a snack. I don’t know what the availability of rest spots is, but we will look. This won't be a long trip.
You must sign up ahead of time for this paddle. RSVP here with your real name, please, to reserve a spot. I am setting the maximum number of paddlers at 15. This way we can keep track of who attended by looking at the list. If you cannot use your real name, email me at chorbert13@gmail.com to reserve your spot.
Face coverings and social distancing are required at the launch and take out, and any time people are closer than 6’ apart. Everyone will be responsible for their own equipment and launch. You do not have to wear a face covering while paddling, but you need to have something with you at all times for this purpose. Do not attend if you are ill.
Check back here on this thread for any potential weather cancellations.
