Very interesting bowl! I don't readily recognize the pattern, but I'll do some checking and also post it on a Flow Blue site on Facebook to see if anyone might recognizes it.
Any chance there is an impressed mark which just isn't showing up in the photo? Doesn't look like it, but sometimes they're not readily visible unless the item is tilted to light.
My guess is it was made around 1880's given there is no backstamp or impressed mark - e.g. starting in 1891, labeling of the country name was required on goods imported into the US. - assuming this was imported and not made in the US or purchased in the country of manufacture where it was not labeled and brought over personally to the US (the latter two explanations much less likely than the first).
Also, the style of the bowl with the fancy edge embossing and gilding along with the shape suggests this period.
