There may be some brand differences in neck compatibility. Made-to-Move Barbie bodies are compatible with Barbie heads. (and nice quality, too!) I've done lots of re-heading/bodying. Color matching is hit or miss, unless you ask, probably here'd be a good place. AliExpress also has lots of articulated bodies, but if you've ordered stuff on Amazon, you'll probably be frustrated by AliExpress shipping on the slow boat from China.
