pie easier? But maybe it's just what I'm used to. Do you use can pumpkin puree or? I use the brand "Williamette Valley All butter crust." It uses only butter, flour, sea salt, a little suger. Clean ingredients and packed lovely. You have to bake it prior to cooking a pie in it, but worth it. I lucked out and was able to get it on clearance for $1, where it normally is $6! So I stacked up a lot of them for the future as I truly hate the process of making crust.
