I am also using a uBlock ad-blocker on my Acer Aspire 15 inch laptop.
It is using Linux with a Firefox web browser.
And It only uses Google to search for things.
So it doesn't see all those crazy Google POP-UPS,
when I go to the web sites I visit in my firefox bookmarks.
