did you add files to your new cb such as pictures or documents ? if not than why would you try creating a recovery image as long as a powerwash at this point would take you back to the point that it's at now.

Try adding a couple pictures or something to your cb so that it has something to create an image of.

and before you ask, no I haven't tried creating an image because I could care less about having one. I've own computers since 2005 and I have as of yet had the need to restore one of them from an image but I did create backup images on them because I have enough files on them that I don't want to loose. On the cb everything you put on your cb is automatically added to your google cloud so you have a built in backup.
