Can you tell, by any bottom tag, its' issue date??

There are actually two, it says available in our local WalMart, but right now I am awaiting an AT&T tech to upgrade our internet service, speed. Not by much, but the rest that is available to us at our location from the Central Ofc.

I'd order it now, but I am too impatient, not knowing when I can get out of here :-).

My Wife says she doesn't mind me spending the money, although she often kids me about all my ELECTRONICs, LOL
