My CB smelled so badly over heating that one time, looks like the battery finally smoked, it will not charge gradually going down. I do know that the outlet and charger are fine, working, because when I turn the cooling pad ON, and unplug the charger cable from the USB port the pad goes off AND on, as I plug unplug, etc.

I have Googled, trying all suggestions, hardware resets, etc.

Now I am wondering when the battery gets down to nothing, will this CB stop working or, will it work off the AC, since I do know the cable/charger is feeding juice to the port???

Or it may be time for that replacement, if it won't.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, so dang busy today, Doc Appts, going out of town tomorrow. No Chance till Monday or Tues.
