Take the time to google how to install Linux on your Mac mini, you'll find out that you can't convert a Mac Mini to Linux, but you can set it up as a parallels operating system.

In this short article it states that you'll need a usb mouse and keyboard because your Linux probably won't recognize the mouse/keyboard drivers that your Mac has-
