Thanks ALL of You for your insight; everything transferred to my New CB without a hitch. I'd downloaded all of the files that were stored on the Old CB ( pictures and mp3 & mp4) on to 2-128gb microSD cards.

I'd mistakenly formatted one of the 128gb on the Old CB, but it works fine ( I'm able to open the zipped files) without a hitch on the New CB. YaY!

I never put Wallpaper on the Old CB, I did this time on the New CB
