Because I know that she's very electronic illiterate, I take what Pete posted totally different then you.

I'm very sure that she never had kids and she has never mention having any relatives such as getting together with family or relatives for the holidays, she spends holidays either alone or with a couple of her friends.

She has a Mac that's been on it's last legs for years, she has an old cb that I think died a couple years ago which leaves her only her Amazon Fire tablet which would be pretty outdated so she may be able to view Pete's group, if you ever viewed groups or webpages on a tablet then you would know that they look totally different on a tablet, including parts of the pages are at times cut off including post buttons and capcha images.

She lives in a secure building so extremely doubtful that somebody broke into her place but if she did die then the manager of her building might have decided to keep her tablet, if so how would he log into Pete's group without her password to let him know that she died or why would he want to let her friends know that he has her tablet?

Also she doesn't have Pete's email addy, just like Pete doesn't have hers. They always private message each other through his group which basically sends an email out to you stating that you need to sign into Pete's group in order to read the message but as long as she is sign into his group, I'm assuming that her tablet doesn't show the option of viewing private messages and if by chance she can't get into her gmail account then she hasn't been able to view any of her emails including the ones sent by Pete, Dave and Henry through private message. When you private message somebody in that group, even though you are sent an email telling you that you can view the message by going to his group, you can't view the email addy of the person who sent the private message.

As you can see there are actually logical reasons for her not to reply or to be seen in his group but not to post but maybe you are right, that she died or has something medically wrong with her that she can't reply to posts but like I stated, she has friends and a manager to her building, it's doubtful that she's all by herself, unable to take care of herself, if that was the case then she's definitely dead by now as long as it was back in Nov when Pete last posted he saw her in his group.
