Pete keeps saying he sees her visiting his group, but she doesn't post anything.
And her computer is still receiving the email they send, and she doesn't answer it.

To me that sounds like someone else has her computer.
Who doesn't know how to post. Or don't want to tell who they are.

And she may not be able to go to another person's house to tell them anything.
Because she is too ill or worse.
