After I retired because of my MS and inability to walk for more than a couple of blocks, I thought that boredom would kill me. I used to walk everywhere. NYC is not a car friendly town. I will miss the people at work and going to all the places that I usually frequent. I was actually able to keep myself occupied online and interacting with the people that live right here in my condominium. I remember thinking to myself that time was going by really fast. And then I remembered that saying that "time flies when you're having a good time." I was surprised that I was still "having a good time" while being mostly homebound.
