I just took the new GRE and at this point only score ranges and not specific scores are being shown at the end. So would a range of 520 to 620 mean somewhere around 570? I can't get anyone from ETS on the phone to ask them....

How was the new GRE? Did ETS say that the actual score will be released in November? If you used study guides, were they helpful? Thanks.
Yep, ETS will start sending out the first batch of score reports between November 8th - 10th. All it shows at this point is a range (e.g., 610 - 710 for verbal and 520 - 620 for quant). I used Princeton Review's Math Workout for the New GRE. I definitely think it helped but there were still some problems that had that "deer in the headlights" effect on me, which is obvious based on my score range (520 - 620 for my quant score). The book does seem to be pretty good at breaking down a lot of the tougher problem types to make them easier to solve, but be careful if you get it because there are a lot of number/math typos in the book (most are pretty obvious). GL.
Hopefully my score is closer to 620 than 520...

New GRE was not difficult. if you have a smart phone, grab the kaplan app. its free and a great tool. thats all i used for verbal. for quant just grab a study guide and review the end of book math summary
