Yep, ETS will start sending out the first batch of score reports between November 8th - 10th. All it shows at this point is a range (e.g., 610 - 710 for verbal and 520 - 620 for quant). I used Princeton Review's Math Workout for the New GRE. I definitely think it helped but there were still some problems that had that "deer in the headlights" effect on me, which is obvious based on my score range (520 - 620 for my quant score). The book does seem to be pretty good at breaking down a lot of the tougher problem types to make them easier to solve, but be careful if you get it because there are a lot of number/math typos in the book (most are pretty obvious).
