I actually asked about this at my interview and there is plenty of regional anesthesia in the program. There is no one class dedicated to it, but several cover it and it is taught in clinical rotations and can be the topic of individual study.
I was told that I would be able to do my clinical rotations in Wisconsin and that I would have significant exposure to regional anesthesia if that is what I wanted.
I am calling them tomorrow with a few questions, so I will double check. I am not set in stone anywhere, but I felt great at Emory and I will go with my gut feeling.
