If the reform links reimbursement to the medicare rates...they are 70% less than private insurance rates. This does not directly correlate to a 70% decrease in total compensation ofcourse because 100% of your patients will not be coming from this public option. Also, not every bill being proposed at the moment is including this medicare linked rate.
