As for proximity to school, you will be coming here for about a year, regardless of clinicals, until your second year. While the amount of time you spend at the AA bldg will change, its still nice to be decently close. Ive never heard of that place or know anyone that lives there. I think I mentioned it in another post, but I live in Palm Trace, like 3 minutes from the campus. They are relatively new and, as I am sure your wife will appreciate, they have washers/dryers inside each unit. You will pay more than some other places that are farther away but I think it is worth it.
