There are a lot of nice apartments. St. Tropez and Waterford were nice and within a few miles of NOVA. There are many to see from NW44th and University down to campus and from NW44th and N. Pine Island down to campus. St. Tropez is a little expensive, but they have a 5% discount for NOVA students with one month free rent (split over 13 months equally) and they had the lowest move in rate I found. Waterford is a little less and running a special (discounted rates on all apartments). Online pricing usually does not indicate specials and promotions. Be prepared for the move in costs. Typically first month, security deposit (ranges from place to place from $99 with good credit to full month's rent), application fees, and sometimes other fees. A few places cost almost $4k to move in!
