NOVA - Roommate needed for Ft. Lauderdale Archived Message

I am in Fort Lauderdale this week looking for a place to live. I have the opportunity to rent a house (3-unit condominium home), but need a roommate to share costs. I am beginning the AA program at NOVA. It is about 7 miles north of NOVA off University Drive and NW 26th Street in the city of Sunrise. The address is 2410-3 Aragon Blvd. It is in a gated community, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air, furnished, about 1700sqft, community pool/jacuzzi, behind a golf course, upscale and new (must like dogs and cats)--> $900/month, I will pay utilities except for your cable/internet.
