That is what I got... I got a 23-O on the MCAT. I didn't take the classes but I studied for 5 months up until the point of taking it. It was just a gruesome test and if I was trying to get into medical school I would probably take it again like most people getting into med school do....There were 2 other people that I knew that were taking it and they scored 19N and 21M on theirs. They were pretty smart people. I guess I got lucky... I think I studied more though(got an 8 in verbal).... I wouldn't take it lightly. Thats the mistake I think many people make in taking these types of test.... I definitely think that it is doable.
If you check the Student Doctor Network, they are the best in giving around- a -bout figures. Most allopathic applicants are trying for around 35... Depending on their GPA As we all know, if you have a strong GPA(3.9) then a 30 might cut it. If you have 3.6 or something then you have to aim for higher for allopathic med school to off set the lower GPA....Along with great Letters of Recommendation ETC.,ETC. ....You know the deal I only took the MCAT once...I am not trying to get into med school either so if you want to go to med school D.O / M.D. shoot for the highest score that you can get......
