To become an anesthesiologist, you need to take the following classes:
2 semesters of General Biology w/labs 2 semesters of General Chemistry w/labs 2 semesters of Physics w/labs 2 semesters of Organic Chemistry w/labs
In addition, some schools require that extra courses be taken, such as Biochemistry or Microbiology. As far as community college classes are concerned, schools hold mixed opinions; it's best to contact each medical school you're interested in eventually applying to and asking for their policies concerning community college coursework.
