You are a clueless. AAs are nothing more than a guaranteed billing opportunity for an MDA. It is the sole reason AAs exist. To state otherwise is an outright lie. You have no idea what is taught in a school of Nurse Anesthesia. AAs,BY LAW and ASA design, must rely exclusively on an MDA at ALL times when working in their role as a doctors assistant. Unlike CRNAs, AAs are not capable of functioning in the clinical setting without an MDA. Your practice rights are bought and paid for by ASA PAC money. Speak the truth!
