You responsed before I got the chance, Karl, and with excellent advice.
Having been in this profession for 30+ years now, I haven't seen everything, but I've seen a lot of stuff.....and some of the all time sleziest conduct and behavior of one human purpetrated on another has to be how MDAs have treated CRNAs (and their other employees).
In the words of a great statesman "Trust but verify." When it comes to the almighty buck, humans can be funny animals and will do some really strange things to each other.
Whatever your employer tells you.....GET YOUR OWN INSURANCE.
