sorry folks - I have to respond to this thread. MDA's can tolerate a lawsuit because they make more money?? Are you thinking that because you are going to be (or are) 'under' an MDA that you will not be named? If so, think again - all involved will be named. I prefer to work alone, knowing that I am where the buck stops. If it's not safe, or in the pts best interest, I don't do it. I never could get used to taking orders from someone who was not going to be there when their plan went to shit. Something else to think about, when your in court 'your' MDA will have his (or her) own defense lawyer - cause he can afford the best. I've seen it in the past - protect yourself.
