The interview was good, it was pretty laid back. This was the second round of interviews and they have 3 more rounds coming up this thursday, next tuesday, and march 20. All of the invites have already been sent out. They only accept the top 2 people from each interview round and its based solely on your score from the interview. After all of those people have been offered admission, they take a second look at a few other candidates based on their scores. Definitely be able to answer behavior and situational type questions and I think having experience really helps.
