Unless you absolutely crush the MCAT, I'd be surprised if acceptance was in your immediate future. I highly recommend you retake some of the courses that are dragging your prereq gpa down, and make sure they follow the trend you have set your senior year. I'm guessing you won't be able to make your case to the admissions committees without bringing your prerequisite GPA over 3.0, and more likely closer to 3.25. Retaking the courses will show that you are committed to improving yourself with a larger goal of succeeding in graduate programs, which will act as a positive on you application, but only if you absolutely ace the remedial courses you decide to take.
