You may be able to get in to NOVA but the other schools not likely (no offense to NOVA! they just take a larger number of students). If you're bound and determined to become an AA,I really recommend taking the MCAT. It sucks, it really does, but the schools do prefer it. If you still feel that it's out of the question I would consider taking the GRE again. Your scores are "good" but nothing wrong with having the best score possible. If you have the time and money it would also be a decent idea to retake some prereqs and boost your GPA a little bit. As for your clinical background, at least it's medical..? Obviously more human interaction would be preferred, but if your job is stable and you enjoy it maybe just try getting as much shadowing experience as possible.
