I think kdice is probably right. If the current NOVA app really wasn't the right one then they would surely send out an email to say so since they have our contact info from CASAA. It wouldn't make any since for that to be the wrong one and them to not have said anything at this point. You shouldn't have to call there to figure that out, they should send out a mass email if that is the case. At the end of the day submitting the current app shouldn't hurt you any way so no harm done if you do.
