Is anyone else slightly concerned with job trend in Florida? I heard a few years ago that new grads were getting sign-on bonuses of 20k for 2 years, 30k for 3 years, and 40k for 4 years. Bonuses no longer exist. Sheridan, the largest group in South Florida, isn't hiring because they are overstaffed. I thought the average salary in South Florida was $120,000 but read on here that Cleveland Clinic hired someone at $100,000 per year. Anyone have some good news to report?
