Why don't you apply to the other programs like Case, UMKC, and South? From what is being described about Emory this would have turned me off to their program if I applied and never heard anything from them. That's just me now. I've had nothing but good interactions with Case in terms of getting in contact with them. I think the longest I've had to wait on a response to an email has been like 12 hours and that;s only because I sent it after 5. I already turned down Emory to attend Case starting in June but from what I'm hearing I have no doubts about my decision even though I'm from the metro Atlanta area and my mom works at their midtown hospital.
