There's a gigantic thread about someone who can't get a decent score on the math portion of the GRE. Here's another person with math issues. Same problem. Maybe this person does fine on the math GRE - if so he or she probably won't have the problem getting in. But if you're saying you have trouble doing math calculations in your head without using a pencil and paper or calculator, than that is a legitimate cause for concern.
