You don't have to be superb at math to be an AA. On your tests you will be able to use scratch paper, and in clinicals most preceptors will not expect you to do anything complex in your head. There are some things that you will need to do in your head, like fluid calculation and allowable blood loss. But after practicing those you should be able to get used to it. Just have to put in the effort.
