residents get paid like 45k a year. so 4 years of school and u are at least not building up debt anymore. most of the anesthesilogists i know make 350-500/yr. so the bsn then working then crna rout takes as much or more than 4 years. id rather be a dr at the end of it. just go to med school if u can get end before u put yourself through 2 different school programs and several job changes. fyi the icu's r on to the people just trying to get into crna school and they dont like them a lot. they screen these people out. y would they want to spend 6 months training u and then 6 months later u leave? waste of time for them.
its a much better idea than posting on a random website.
