Some do that and some don't because they can't afford to lose 10 CRNAs that are threatening to leave if they hire an AA. Many anesthesiologists aren't even aware that AAs even exist. There are more places that hire AAs every year because there are more AAs every year and anyone that graduates will have a job (unless you have an attitude problem.)
