I transferred everything online myself using my windows desktop computer. I didn't want to take a chance of losing my minutes or my phone number by trying the transfer with my Chromebook. I love my new phone! I am very happy it has an Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. My smaller one was still on 4.0 Jelly Bean. I copied and pasted the specs below.☻

It's not an iPhone but I love it as much as I could love an iPhone and I paid much less for my phone. I actually bought mine on eBay brand new and it still comes with triple minutes, text and data for the life of the phone. I saved about $40 by going to eBay. As you know there are good deals at eBay and they do have brand new items. Well, I wrote another book! When I get my phone case, I'll take a pic of it on my new phone and post it in here. I should have the case by Tuesday. Have a great night!☻♥
