So I had to look up aphantasia....
I'd never heard of such a thing. And it's hard for me to understand completely. I mean, I get the concept. But I wonder too about whether people really vividly "see" things in their minds. I don't really, but I never thought about it till I read your post. I can sort of picture scenes and shapes and stuff, but to me it's more the fact that I understand what those things are, rather than being actually able to SEE it. So Astral, what about things you remember? Like if you have an aquarium and you're thinking about your fish, how you saw it on the bottom, you don't have a picture memory of that? So fascinating! Maybe we should start a thread about weird quirks.  I have trypophobia, which is a revulsion over patterns of holes in things. If you have this DO NOT go Google it, or rather be careful when Googling it. Because they show all kinds of holes in things that will make your skin crawl!  That's really sick...why do such a thing?!
