I am well on my way reading about The Old Testament. I'm not reading "the" Old Testament, but I am reading a book called "The Atheist Handbook to The Old Testament" where it basically summarises it, and then comes with explanations.

Anyway... women are blamed for so much! Like Abraham and his wife and trouble having children, so his wife lets him have a child with her slave, but then she gets jealous and Abraham makes her walk into the desert with their son!
And then there was some woman who almost caused a war because she stole from a King when they were in his land.
And then there is the Lot, whose wife turned into a pilla of salt leaving Sodom because she looked back even when told not to. AND then Lot's daughters get him drunk and rape him and have his children.

Women in the bible are always depicted as either mean or trouble makers. They don't follow instructions and they are jealous of each other.
Such bullshit.
