And I also read a lot of articles about Swedish people complaining that other countries don't want them crossing the boarder. (No offence, Robin. If you read this). Sweden didn't shut down like other countries, so is it perfectly understandable that there are extra restrictions for them. 
People are worried about spreading the virus again.
