the ones I use:
Chamomile Tea
Reading for at least 20 mins
a Gadget curfew
Some others:
Calm (APP) has some AMSR, music and story telling I believe
Essential oils
Air (believe it or not a fresh source of air is always helpful!
Exercise in the evening to tire you out
Move your room around, sometimes change can hep reset your mind.
Have Emma write you a sleep chart!
