I think Sam had a lot of good suggestions, and I can't really improve on them. What I can say is that this anxiety, depression and stress is affecting so many people, so we really have to have patience and show ourselves extra kindness.
I'm afraid my "toppy attention" is kind of on hold for now. But if I was still using it, I would probably start off each day by administering a quick "wake-up" spanking, because it gets the day off on a good note. I would advise my brat to engage in some kind of physical outlet (walking, swimming, tai chi, dancing, cleaning, whatever), and also some kind of meditative practice. I would also engage in lots of cuddling with her and watching good shows together. Finally, I'd want her to find some activity which will put her in a "flow" state, where she's totally absorbed and which challenges her on many different levels. Then I'd end each day with a good spanking as well, because everyone knows how well it helps brats sleep.
