I too was on Eastern 1 with Keith. We did speed enforcement on many occasions, with Keith making the stop while I was running Stationary VASCAR. We handled more than a few 10-50s together. When we were on midnight shift together, he never seemed to mind running breathalyzers tests for the ‘few!’ many DWI cases I that I seemed to generate at that time. And he was gracious to let me film him for parts of the DWI Prevention program we did for the high schools.
When I was given Army orders to serve in DS/DS, Bryan Hager sent me a photo of our shift - with a new face or two added in my place, but a good photo of Keith and the best shift on the Dept - IMHO anyway.
RIP my friend. We had some great time which I will always remember - including our Shift’s poker parties that we held after our last day of Swing Shifts.
